Mac Games Arcade has been permanently discontinued. In its place is a new exciting app called the Mac Game Store app, featuring a sleek modern design, intuitive system requirements checker, auto-updates, community, and much more. Below are instructions on how you can easily migrate from Mac Games Arcade to the new Mac Game Store app.

1. Download the new Mac Games Store app here: Mac Game Store.dmg (3.2 MB)
2. Once you have downloaded it, open the DMG.
   
   - On your desktop you will find the disk image.
   - Double click on the Mac Game Store app. It will ask you if you would like to move the app to the Applications folder.
   - Click on "Move to Applications folder". This will copy the app to the Applications folder and then launch the new Mac Game Store app.
3. The new Mac Game Store app will detect that you are a Mac Games Arcade user (since you already have that installed). It will then ask you if you want to convert your purchases and demos to the new Mac Games Store app.
   
   Click "Add My Games & Demos".
4. Now go to My Games. You will see a list of your games in this area.
   Please confirm that all your purchases and demos have been copied over.
   
   You are now ready to use the new app!
   
   
   You may safely delete the old MacGamesArcade application (do not delete the MacGamesArcade folder found in Documents).
